For customised products (like wallpaper), manufacturing and dispatch timelines may exceed the standard delivery period due to specific customisation requests made by the customer. Customised items are produced only after all details, dimensions, and design approvals are confirmed by the client.

General décor items are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Customised products are typically delivered within 8 to 10 business days from the date the client confirms all required details and approvals.

For oversized and large items, including furniture, additional time may be required for dispatch due to specialised packaging and shipping arrangements. 

In such cases, dispatch may take longer than one week depending on the size of the product and logistics coordination.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner operations, unpaid duties by the client and unforeseen logistical delays. Customers will be informed in advance if any order is expected to take longer than the standard delivery timeframe.
