Refund policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we offer. Each item in our collection is carefully curated or made to order, and we want you to love it as much as we do. Please review our return policy below before making your purchase.

Wallpaper

Our wallpaper is made to order and non-refundable.

If your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. 

We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement for the damaged portion as quickly as possible. Please note that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for color variations, measurement errors, or changes of mind once your order is placed.

Furniture & Upholstery

Non-Defective Items

We accept returns on eligible furniture pieces within 14 days of delivery.

All returned items must be in original, unused condition and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply to cover inspection, repackaging, and handling costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective Items

If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will send you a replacement upon Return Authorization. 

  • Inspect on Delivery: Check your product immediately upon delivery for visible and concealed damages.

  • Note Damage: Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt. Signing “Subject to inspection” or releasing the driver without inspection may result in loss of claim.

  • Timeframe: Customer must Initiate a return authorization within 14 days of delivery.

  • Required Documentation for Return Authorization:

    • Brief description of the damage

    • Pictures clearly showing the damage

    • Pictures of the packaging (even if intact)

  • Pickup: Parcel damaged shipments will only be picked up against a Damaged Call Tag provided by Marble Lotus.

  • Liability: We are not liable for damages reported after (14) days from delivery

Home Décor

Non-Defective Items

Home décor items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment once the item has been received, inspected, and approved.

If items are used, not properly packed in their original packaging, or damaged after delivery, a refund is not guaranteed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, and the return shipping label to our warehouse must be paid for by the customer.

We do not accept returns on custom, personalized, or final sale items.

Defective or Damaged Items

If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you are eligible for a free replacement or a full refund.

To process such requests, an unboxing video or clear images must be shared with us within 14 days of delivery. The video or images should clearly show the package being opened, the outer and inner packaging, and the condition of the product.

Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

Artwork

All artwork is final sale and non-refundable.

Each piece is unique and often made or framed to order. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs so we can review and determine the best resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of delivery at support@marble-lotus.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll work swiftly to replace or resolve the issue.
